Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in or using the transportation services provided by Shree
Umiya Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please
read them carefully.
1. Registration & Enrollment

Parents/guardians must complete the registration form with accurate
student details, pickup/drop locations, emergency contacts, and
medical conditions (if any).

Any changes to address, contact number, or route must be
communicated in writing at least 3 days in advance.
2. Payment Terms

Fees must be paid in full as per the selected plan
(monthly/quarterly/annually).

Late payments may attract penalties or temporary suspension of
service.

Fees are non-refundable in case of service discontinuation by the
parent/guardian.
3. Pick-Up & Drop Policy

Students must be present at the designated stop 5 minutes before the
scheduled pickup time.

In case of delay from the student/parent, the bus will not wait beyond
2 minutes.

Drop-off will only be done in the presence of an authorized guardian
or person as informed during registration.
4. Safety & Conduct

All students must follow safety guidelines while boarding, traveling,
and alighting from the bus.

Misbehavior, damage to the vehicle, or creating disturbances may lead
to suspension or termination of transport service.
- Parents are responsible for any damages caused by their child.
5. Responsibilities of Shree Umiya Travels
- Provide safe, clean, and well-maintained buses.
- Employ trained drivers and female attendants (if applicable).

Ensure timely pickups and drops, barring delays due to traffic,
weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
6. Tracking & Communication
- Parents may be provided access to live tracking and notifications through our app or messaging system.
- The tracking system may occasionally face disruptions due to technical issues.
7. Service Suspension
- Services may be temporarily suspended due to:
- Public holidays
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Strikes or unavoidable breakdowns
- No refunds or compensations will be provided for such disruptions.
8. Liability
- While utmost care is taken, Shree Umiya Travels is not liable for delays, accidents, or events beyond its control.
- Parents are advised to carry personal accident insurance if desired.
9. Termination of Service
- Either party can terminate the service with a written notice of 15 days.
- No refunds will be given for unused days post termination unless otherwise stated.
10. Changes to Terms
- Shree Umiya Travels reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be shared via email or school communication channels.
